BayRootz Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard shipping is available at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment, holidays, and carrier volume.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BayRootz is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@bayrootz.com with your order number so we can help review the issue.
